Booking Confirmation

All training bookings are confirmed once full payment or an approved purchase order has been received. Confirmation details and pre-training information will be provided to the nominated contact person.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • No refunds are issued once a booking has been confirmed.

  • If a participant or organisation is unable to attend the scheduled training, the booking may be transferred to another training session within 30 days before the original booked date, subject to availability.

  • Transfer requests must be made in writing to melissa@mentiproject.com.au.

  • Failure to attend without prior written notice will result in forfeiture of the booking.

Substitutions

  • A substitute participant may attend in place of the original booking at no additional cost.

  • The request must be made at least 7 business days before the training date to ensure participant registration and resources can be updated.

Postponement by facilitator

In the rare event that the Menti Project must postpone or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., facilitator illness, venue disruption, or minimum participant numbers not met), participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered:

  • A transfer to the next available date, or

  • A credit valid for 6 months towards another scheduled training.

Menti Project will not be liable for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.

Participant Requirements

To receive accreditation for Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, participants must:

  • Attend the full duration of the course;

  • Complete all eLearning or pre-course components (if applicable);

  • Engage respectfully and adhere to confidentiality standards during training.

Privacy and Conduct

Participant details collected during registration are used solely for training administration, certification, and reporting purposes.
Menti Project reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in inappropriate or disruptive behaviour during training sessions.

Agreement

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
